In order to be eligible for an incentive payment as a part of the Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities, a producer must submit the below documentation to the Alliance Dashboard. It is highly encouraged that you submit these documents while your application is under review.
1. Farm map that shows the Farm Service Agency farm, tract, and field numbers for all enrolled acres.
2. The current year* Subsidiary Print (view a sample here), which can be requested from your local Farm Service Agency service center.
To complete enrollment, your Subsidiary Print must show HELC and WC compliance via Form AD-1026, Highly Erodible Land Conservation (HELC) and Wetland Conservation (WC) Certification. This is required to receive incentive payments as a participant of USDA’s Partnerships for Climate-Smart Commodities grant.
3. Certain practices require the CPA-52 Environmental Evaluation Worksheet, which will be completed and submitted to the Alliance by your local district. Please click here to see if this applies to your selected practices.
If your practice requires the CPA-52, it must be completed to receive your first payment.
*The current year subsidiary print should show that the “Last Updated Date” in the “Summary Eligibility Information” section is within the current Federal Fiscal Year (October 1– September 30). When payments to the producer span more than one Federal fiscal year, an updated Subsidiary Print will be required to ensure status is still compliant.
Once you have submitted the application, you will be sent login details for the Alliance Dashboard.
The dashboard, accessed on the Alliance website, will include your application summary, a progress bar as your application moves through the verification steps, enrollment status, and a list of forms required to confirm your enrollment. If selected, you will upload all required forms on this dashboard throughout the year you are enrolled.
You will also find including detailed specifications on implementing climate-smart practices, relevant practice worksheets, information on quantifying and reporting greenhouse gas benefits, and other helpful tips to help you succeed in the program.
Please note that co-applicants do not have their own dashboard. The primary applicant is responsible for uploading their W-9 form.
